You’ll work alongside a nationally recognized group of litigators handling sophisticated employment disputes, including multi-plaintiff, wage & hour class actions, and PAGA matters. What You’ll Do: Handle complex employment litigation matters from inception through resolution. Work on high-exposure cases, including class actions and PAGA claims. Collaborate with a national team while maintaining direct client interaction. Develop litigation strategy and manage cases with a high degree of autonomy. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of employment litigation experience. Strong background in Texas wage & hour and class action matters. Active Texas Bar admission required. Ability to independently manage cases and proactively drive results. Compensation Base salary ranges depending on experience and level: Associates (1–6+ years): $100,000–$165,000 Senior Counsel / Of Counsel (5+ years): $140,000–$215,000 Partners (7+ years): $190,000–$275,000+ Actual compensation will be tailored based on experience, skills, and overall contribution. #J-18808-Ljbffr Aionios LLC
