Work Environment

This position is full-time and will take place onsite at our hospital facility, which is equipped with modern therapeutic equipment and resources to support our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing tailored treatment plans for diverse patient needs, ensuring that protocols meet established standards.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises and utilize various modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and manual therapy techniques under the direct supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Monitor and document patients' progress meticulously, accurately capturing outcomes and making timely reports to supervising therapists to adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, proper body mechanics, and home programs that will aid in their rehabilitation.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and occupational therapists, to provide cohesive and comprehensive care that addresses the patients' needs holistically.
• Maintain precise patient records that comply with clinic protocols and local regulations, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
