Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in the implementation and adjustment of individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, modalities, and functional training, ensuring each patient receives optimal and personalized care during their treatment sessions.
• Monitor patient progress closely, documenting outcomes in our electronic health record system and communicating any changes or concerns to the supervising PT in real-time.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, including exercise techniques and home programs to empower patient engagement and compliance.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic care, attending team meetings to discuss patient progress and plan future interventions.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient privacy and care by maintaining accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with organizational and legal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a PTA at Clinica Recovery LLC, you will primarily work with a diverse range of patients experiencing various conditions, including orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, neurological impairments, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of New Jersey is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, having graduated from an accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage patients and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to demonstrate compassion and a genuine eagerness to support patients as they work toward recovery.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a hospital or outpatient rehab setting is highly preferred.
• Previous exposure to electronic health record systems and familiarity with therapy tools and modalities will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
