Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in recovery settings, customizing treatment plans that cater to individual needs and conditions.
• Utilize a combination of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and modalities, to alleviate pain and enhance functional mobility.
• Document treatment processes and patient responses meticulously to track progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Offer education and training to patients, caregivers, and families regarding recovery practices, exercises, and equipment usage, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate on care strategies that align with the patients' health goals.
• Stay informed about advancements in the field and maintain professional competency through continued education and participation in workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base includes individuals of all ages facing a variety of physical challenges, ranging from post-surgical recovery and chronic pain conditions to sports-related injuries. Our therapists craft individualized rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient's unique situation, promoting effective recovery pathways that empower patients to achieve optimal health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and data management.
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to various patient needs and therapeutic environments.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred, although we welcome applications from new graduates passionate about providing quality patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
