About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis to take the lead in this critical function across its portfolio of operating companies. The successful candidate will be a hands-on finance leader, adept at working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning. This role demands a strategic partner who can analyze performance, develop recommendations, and drive key decisions related to margins, pricing, hiring, and growth. The VP will also be tasked with building and developing a broader FP&A team, establishing scalable processes, and ensuring that financial models and reporting are adapted as new businesses are acquired. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles, with a strong preference for those with a background in private equity or PE-backed environments. The role requires advanced financial modeling skills, the ability to influence business performance through financial analysis, and experience in partnering with senior operators. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of managing multiple stakeholder relationships, and comfortable with the ambiguity of a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and an MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus. The VP will be expected to operate as a player-coach, remaining hands-on while also leading and developing an FP&A team as the portfolio expands.
