Work Environment\n

This position primarily offers a remote working environment, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of your home while maintaining an outpatient office support system. Work hours are generally structured from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility needed based on patient schedules and requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments, employing evidence-based practices to create and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and confidential clinical records, complying with HIPAA regulations and other applicable standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver holistic care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to continuously improve the quality of care and support team members.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, helping them navigate mental health challenges and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
