Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to effectively identify each client's unique mental health needs, establishing accurate diagnoses.

• Develop and implement tailored evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client's therapeutic goals and preferences.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities and techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies, adapting them to meet individual client requirements.

• Maintain timely and precise documentation of all treatment sessions, including client progress and adjustments to treatment plans within our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and provide continuous support and guidance throughout their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
