Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to determine their developmental needs and individual challenges.

• Collaborate closely with families to create and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring approaches to each child's unique requirements.

• Engage in regular monitoring of progress as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing updates and recommendations based on observed improvements or challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and the coaching model to educate families and families on strategies and techniques that can be employed within their daily routines.

• Advocate for services and resources that benefit the child and family, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding early intervention services.

• Build and maintain trustful relationships with children, families, and team members to foster a supportive learning environment.

• Deliver timely progress reports and documentation in alignment with clinic protocols, securing the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Psychcentral Therapy Clinic, your primary focus will be on assisting infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. You will work collaboratively with families to develop strategies that support enhancing physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Each child's care plan will reflect their unique circumstances and the family's cultural values, making your expertise in relational dynamics essential.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.
