Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailored to meet the specific emotional and social needs of diverse client backgrounds.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews to gather and assess social, personal, environmental, and health-related data to inform treatment plans.

• Identify psychological and social issues, create tailored treatment strategies, and set measurable goals for therapy sessions.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to facilitate interventions that address cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health concerns.

• Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering a secure environment built on trust and understanding.

• Document and assess the effectiveness of treatment interventions accurately in client records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

• Manage a caseload efficiently while adhering to treatment timelines and maintaining current documentation of client interactions and progress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, the role includes the following benefits:
