Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist

Processing Provider invoices and addressing billing inquiries, the part-time Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist will work remotely to ensure accurate invoicing and assist with payment-related questions from both Providers and the Contact Center. Key responsibilities Process Provider invoices for back-up care in accordance with contract payment terms Generate client invoices using accounting software and ensure accurate billing amounts Assist in resolving billing questions and inquiries from Providers and the Contact Center Required qualifications High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred 1 year of accounting or billing experience preferred 2-5 years of customer service experience preferred 1 year of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred Familiarity with accounting software and basic Microsoft Office applications
