Bilingual Ukrainian Scientist for AI Safety

Help improve the safety of advanced AI models by applying your scientific expertise to specialized technical topics in Ukrainian. You will assess and strengthen model handling of scientific content, with training provided for the workflow, so prior AI or machine learning experience is not required.

• Create expert-level Ukrainian-language prompts covering specialized scientific subjects.
• Evaluate and annotate model responses for scientific accuracy, helpfulness, and appropriate treatment of sensitive material.
• Use structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.

• PhD in chemistry, biology, or a closely related field, either in progress or completed.
• Scientific depth sufficient to develop prompts involving chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear subject areas.
• Native or near-native Ukrainian fluency and business-level written English.
• Strong familiarity with current laboratory and computational methods in your specialty.
• Sound judgment regarding scientific safety and responsible treatment of dual-use information.

• Based in Ukraine or elsewhere in Eastern Europe, though applicants from other locations are welcome.
• Chemistry-based radiological or nuclear expertise, including radiochemistry, nuclear chemistry, energetic materials, or radiation physics.
• Demonstrated specialization in a defined area, such as organic or inorganic synthesis, molecular biology, microbiology, virology, or genetics.
• Research or coursework in chemical safety and security, biosafety and biosecurity, or hazardous-materials handling.
• Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming technical content.

• Remote, hourly engagement.
