Senior Director, Business Analytics

Consult with clients to identify business problems and opportunities and develop practical analytics roadmaps Lead consumer segmentation and audience identification processes Advise client leads and senior clients on audience strategy, measurement and advanced analytics Share points of view on industry changes in data and analytics, including future measurement, clean rooms and attention measurement Lead development and ongoing revision of measurement plans Distill complex concepts and analytic solutions into compelling data stories with actionable conclusions Identify brand- and portfolio-level growth opportunities, innovation and adoption of new analytics technologies Investigate the impact of new data sources and technologies on marketing and relevant verticals Provide ad hoc support to solve broad strategic marketing problems Assess capabilities, create career-growth roadmaps and establish goals for direct reports Partner with Planning and Investment teams on annual budget setting, media plan development and ongoing optimization Recruit new talent Research industry trends, engage in training and attend industry events Requirements University degree 11+ years of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting Industry knowledge in marketing analytics and data, including first- and third-party data solutions, data lakes, data clean rooms, aggregated and user-level data Experience in integrated marketing related to media and/or customer journey development, including budgeting, revenue forecasting and ROI development Expertise in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising Analytic skills, critical thinking and ability to clarify strategic and operational issues related to data and analytics Problem-solving skills to drive issues to resolution Proven leadership ability and strong client relationship experience Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to train and coach colleagues, prioritize work, conduct analysis, and manage project scope, budgeting and timing Knowledge of agency-side media campaign planning and execution process is desirable, but not required Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive expertise in data and analytics, particularly in marketing analytics and audience-based strategies.
