Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and personal strengths.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include specific therapeutic goals and strategies tailored to meet the needs of students.

• Engage in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and school personnel to ensure coordinated and effective care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans to support high-risk students.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions and support groups aimed at enhancing coping skills among students and their families.

• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and treatment plans in adherence to HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to promote the best possible outcomes for each individual.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele for this position are school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma exposure, and behavioral issues. The LCSW will address the unique emotional and psychological needs of these individuals, ensuring that care is not only effective but also culturally sensitive and developmentally appropriate.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Along with this, we are pleased to provide a sign-on bonus to enhance the overall compensation package.
