Billing Specialist
A growing company is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to join their finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume billing and invoicing for multiple accounts
- Reconcile statements and ensure billing accuracy
- Work closely with internal departments to maintain smooth billing cycles
- Manage billing disputes and assist with collections when needed
- Maintain organized billing records and suggest process improvements
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of billing experience
- Strong Excel and QuickBooks skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Ability to work full-time in office (Monsey or Montvale)
