Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions to clients utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Manage client caseload effectively by maintaining comprehensive documentation in a digital format, ensuring compliance with treatment plans and follow-up protocols.

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing support and guidance to facilitate their recovery and personal growth.

• Participate in virtual team meetings and workshops to enhance collaborative practices and share insights about client care.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice while working with diverse populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with adults aged 18 and older, including individuals experiencing challenges related to detoxification and substance use disorders. Experience working with marginalized communities and a nuanced understanding of the LGBTQIA+ population will be advantageous, as we strive to create an inclusive environment that respects diverse identities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active LCSW license to practice in the State of New Jersey.

• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience is required.

• Professional malpractice insurance is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
