Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments to accurately diagnose patients' mental health issues, ensuring tailored and effective treatment plans.
• Provide comprehensive medication management, including the monitoring and evaluation of treatment efficacy to appropriately adjust prescriptions.
• Collaborate closely with primary care providers and multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated care that addresses both physical and psychiatric health needs.
• Deliver crisis intervention, offering immediate support and guidance during periods of significant emotional distress for patients.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives, educating the public on mental health awareness and promoting available services.
• Deliver therapeutic support through individual counseling sessions and psychoeducational programs, helping to empower patients towards mental wellness.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure the privacy and safety of patient information.
