Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients, addressing their unique needs and circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention and pre-crisis planning, collaborating with clients to create effective behavioral guidelines and medication treatment plans.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation that meets all regulatory standards, ensuring quality care delivery.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess and monitor client progress, adapting approaches as necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Engage actively in interdisciplinary meetings and collaborate with other professionals to create and implement positive behavior support plans.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and various service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Contribute to licensing and accreditation processes, supporting the organization's compliance and quality assurance efforts.

• Develop and maintain partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies to enhance service delivery and explore new funding opportunities.

• Participate in professional development activities including conferences and workshops to further enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

• Promote the mission and philosophy of Charlie Health & Rehab Clinical within the community while performing other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from substance use, those with developmental disabilities, and clients affected by acquired brain injuries. Your job will be to provide supportive therapy aimed at fostering resilience and empowering clients on their paths to recovery and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license as regulated by the state board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
