Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments to evaluate functional limitations and disabilities.
• Developing and implementing customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive continuum of care for each patient.
• Educating patients and their families about treatment processes and discharge plans, providing continuous guidance.
• Documenting patient evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge summaries in compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives, community outreach, and marketing efforts that contribute to the department's efficiency and outreach.
• Supervising and mentoring support staff, including physical therapy aides, to enhance patient care and department performance.

The patients you will care for range from post-surgical individuals to those managing chronic conditions, requiring individualized treatment strategies for diverse functional needs. Qualifications

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in computer systems and electronic medical records.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
