Job Summary The Head of Ecommerce & Growth leads all digital acquisition, performance marketing, and e-commerce channel strategy to drive revenue online. This role is directly responsible for deploying advertising, optimizing budgets, and scaling customer acquisition across our primary digital pillars: DTC, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. The successful candidate will be a highly analytical, hands-on growth marketer with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience scaling digital CPG brands, possessing a deep mastery of modern ad-tech platforms, content-to-commerce funnels, and P&L optimization. Key Job Responsibilities Omnichannel Performance Media: Own the strategy, planning, and daily optimization of paid media budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon Advertising. TV-to-Digital Performance: Oversee the strategy and execution of television advertising campaigns specifically optimized as a performance vehicle to drive immediate, trackable lift in digital sales across DTC, Amazon, and TikTok storefronts. Storefront Merchandising & Commercial Strategy: Oversee ecommerce merchandising, content, listing optimization, pricing, and promotional strategies across Amazon, DTC, and TikTok Shop to maximize organic and paid market share. Customer Retention & CRM: Own the post-purchase customer journey by optimizing email and SMS retention flows, subscription programs, and loyalty initiatives to increase repeat purchase rates, maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and lower overall blended CAC. Funnel Optimization & Lead Gen: Partner with web development and creative teams to execute lead generation programs and continuously run A/B conversion rate optimization (CRO) tests on our website, improving landing pages, checkout flows, and average order value (AOV). Marketing Analytics & Data Rigor: Build and maintain daily/weekly growth dashboards tracking CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio), and channel-specific attribution. Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with operations and inventory management to ensure digital ad spend aligns with production batch runs, preventing stockouts on high-velocity items. Feed real-time performance data back to creative teams/agency partners to rapidly iterate on ad hooks, UGC, and copy. Job Qualifications Data & Analytics Rigor: Highly data-driven with advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, multi-touch attribution models, and Excel. Platform Mastery: Direct, native experience managing budgets or platforms inside Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Amazon Seller Central/Advertising console, Shopify, and retention software (e.g., Klaviyo). Experience Baseline: Minimum of 5-10 years of digital growth or performance marketing experience in consumer packaged goods (ideally household cleaning, personal care, or wellness). Leadership Profile: Self-motivated, execution-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is comfortable jumping from high-level strategy to daily tactical execution.
