Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing diagnostic tools and client interviews.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, groups, and families, adjusting techniques as necessary to suit varying personalities and needs.

• Engage in crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, employing de-escalation strategies and immediate support techniques.

• Actively participate in community outreach initiatives and mental health awareness programs, helping to reduce stigma and promote service accessibility.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport and build trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Demonstrated cultural competence to effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to ensure timely documentation and follow-up on client progress.
