Key Responsibilities\n

• Formulate mental health diagnoses based on the standards outlined in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders V (DSM V).

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans by incorporating evidence-based practice guidelines tailored to each diagnosis, ensuring individualized care.
\n
• Conduct therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic models including cognitive behavioral therapy and behavior modification techniques, adjusting approaches based on client needs.

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, fostering their professional development.
\n
• Collaborate with community professionals to create cross-system treatment plans, enhancing support for clients with complex needs.
\n
• Respond promptly to crisis situations, assessing the urgency of clients' mental health needs, providing immediate care, and facilitating access to appropriate resources.

• Assess clients’ initial treatment requirements, perform intake sessions, and complete Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments for comprehensive patient understanding.
\n
• Educate team members and the community on clinical topics, sharing knowledge and promoting mental health awareness.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work is preferred.
