Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health concerns, ensuring that treatment plans are tailored to their specific needs.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Engage clients in a collaborative goal-setting process, continually monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients who may prefer virtual sessions for various reasons, including geographic constraints or personal preferences.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions to comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives to remain informed about emerging therapeutic practices and methodologies.

Our client base is diverse, ranging from adolescents to adults dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
