Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions to facilitate emotional healing and relational improvement.

• Performing thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress and effectiveness of treatment.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and follow-up strategies based on client needs.

• Participating actively in a multi-disciplinary team approach to integrate diverse perspectives into the overall treatment framework for clients.

• Providing crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute emotional or psychological distress.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will include individuals and families grappling with various issues such as addiction, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and other related mental health conditions. In particular, you will focus on supporting gender issues, child development, and families with high-risk children. Understanding these unique challenges will be critical to your success in this role.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active California License in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related mental health discipline.

• Strong ability to manage therapeutic interventions involving variable scenarios and clinical challenges.

• An understanding of normal child development, parenting dynamics, and the effects of child abuse/neglect.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
