Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' strengths and needs, identifying potential barriers to their academic success.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the educational goals of each student, leveraging evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, addressing various issues such as anxiety, depression, academic stress, and family dynamics.

• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care, ensuring that each student's emotional and psychological needs are met.

• Advocate for students' rights, providing information and resources to help them access community services and support networks.

• Document all client interactions, treatment progress, and therapeutic outcomes in electronic health records, maintaining compliance with both legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
