What’s a typical day as HR Coordinator? You’ll be:

• Providing administrative support to the Head of HR, including calendar management, scheduling, expense reporting, and correspondence.
• Coordinating and planning team events, workshops, and maintaining organized HR documentation and filing systems.
• Assisting with onboarding and offboarding logistics and ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Managing and drafting HR-related communications, reports, presentations, and policy documents.
• Supporting HR projects including employee engagement initiatives, wellness campaigns, and process improvements.
• Maintaining the HR calendar, tracking project milestones, and compiling feedback from exit interviews.
• Assisting employees with HR program plan inquiries and coordinating with benefits providers.
• Facilitating onboarding of new HR vendors in SAP and handling vendor-related issues with Finance and Procurement teams.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Have 2+ years of experience in an HR support or administrative role.
• Are familiar with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred).
• Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
