Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct confidential therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring client privacy and comfort at all times.

• Create customized treatment plans by assessing client needs, strengths, and goals, thereby tailoring therapeutic approaches to enhance outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, based on individual client requirements.

• Encourage client self-awareness and growth by incorporating positive coping strategies and providing emotional support throughout their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
