We offer scheduling options that cater to individual lifestyles, including the choice between 4x10 or 5x8 work shifts between the hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy, offering specialized emotional support to patients and families in hospice care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gather pertinent social, personal, environmental, and health-related information.

• Evaluate clients' mental health issues, developing tailored treatment plans that promote emotional healing and coping strategies.

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement programs to meet clients' social and emotional needs.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and provide referrals to community resources as needed.

• Continuously assess the efficacy of treatment interventions, adjusting approaches based on client feedback and progress.
