The salary range for this role is competitive, earning between USD 85,000 and 104,000 annually, alongside the opportunity for a sign-on bonus.

Work Environment\n

This remote position allows for flexibility in your work schedule within the parameters of our operational hours, which extend from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, group, and family psychotherapy tailored to address the unique needs of clients.
\n
• Conducting thorough interviews to gather social, personal, environmental, and health-related information to inform treatment plans.
\n
• Evaluating client needs and implementing appropriate interventions within your scope of practice.
\n
• Coordinating and planning activities aimed at addressing clients' social and emotional needs, ensuring holistic care delivery.
\n
• Managing cases that require cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions, including crisis management and referrals to community resources.
\n
• Developing and maintaining respectful, trusting relationships with clients to facilitate effective communication and therapeutic outcomes.

• Monitoring the effectiveness of treatment through ongoing evaluations, ensuring that adjustments are made as necessary.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in accordance with established protocols and regulatory requirements.

• Managing a caseload while ensuring that documentation reflects the ongoing nature of services provided.

• Assuming additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall mission of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with individuals facing end-of-life issues within our hospice center. This includes addressing concerns related to grief, loss, and family dynamics. Your expertise will be crucial in facilitating support for patients and their families, guiding them through emotional and psychological challenges during a critical time.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker designation in the state of Virginia.
