Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our organization, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on a wide range of emotional and psychological issues.

• Conducting initial assessments by interviewing clients to gather detailed social, personal, and health histories to inform treatment decisions.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing clients’ social and emotional needs.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapies to facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions, including crisis resolutions.

• Maintaining a therapeutic relationship based on mutual respect, trust, and acceptance.

• Regularly evaluating the effectiveness of treatment interventions and modifying approaches as necessary.

• Coordinating with other healthcare providers and referring clients to community resources as required.

• Documenting all client interactions and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to established protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients experiencing complex psychological and emotional challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, family issues, grief, and end-of-life concerns. As an LCSW in a hospice environment, you will provide essential emotional support to clients facing significant health challenges and their families, helping them navigate through their experiences and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
