Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate, empathetic counseling to clients, ensuring a non-judgemental approach that fosters trust and openness.

• Function as a Licensed Therapist responsible for the diagnosis, management, and treatment of clients' mental health conditions.

• Conduct detailed diagnostic assessments, create comprehensive treatment plans, and deliver psychotherapy through various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Maintain regular follow-up treatment sessions on a weekly or biweekly basis, adapting management strategies based on client responses and preferences.

• Utilize data-driven approaches to track client progress and outcomes, integrating feedback for continual improvement of treatment processes.

• Independently manage crisis situations by employing sound clinical judgment and intervention skills as necessary.

• Effectively collaborate with case management to ensure holistic care for clients, including coordinator roles with other mental health professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population presenting a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety, PTSD, Trauma, and Grief. Your commitment to providing personalized, patient-centered care will be vital in addressing individual circumstances, fostering resilience, and promoting recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Possession of a valid mental health counseling license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) as regulated by state laws.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, as verified by a third-party source.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Compensation and Benefits\n
