Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of clients, incorporating thorough examinations and evaluations into each treatment plan.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, families, and couples, focusing on fostering mental health and emotional well-being.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals to provide comprehensive care and ensure that all aspects of the client's health are attended to.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in workshops and training sessions to stay refreshed on current mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will engage primarily with adult populations, but you may also provide services to children and adolescents as needed. This diverse client base requires a nuanced understanding of various mental health issues and effective strategies to tailor treatment appropriately. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical or outpatient context.

• Demonstrated competence in working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance use treatment, or trauma therapy is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
