Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, employing various assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Deliver regular counseling and therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, utilizing best practices and modern therapeutic modalities.

• Monitor and document clients’ progress, using evidence-based metrics to adapt treatment plans as required.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic and comprehensive care delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in California, specifically LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• Proven experience in providing counseling services, demonstrating a strong skill set in assessment and treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensure.
