Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR service delivery and administrative activities. This role will assist with employee onboarding, HR inquiries, reporting, and general administrative support for HR leadership and management. The ideal candidate will have several years of HR experience, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities Support new hire onboarding activities, including pre-employment requirements, new hire communications, personnel files, and employee orientation. Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, payroll, HR policies, and procedures. Provide HR administrative support to HR leaders, managers, and other stakeholders. Assist with weekly, monthly, and annual HR reporting and audits. Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and related documentation. Maintain accurate employee and HR records. Support compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and HR best practices. Assist with updating HR procedures, standard operating procedures, and knowledge-base materials. Help identify recurring HR issues and support process improvements. Coordinate calendars, meetings, and schedules for HR leadership and management. Process expense reports and assist with travel arrangements. Perform general administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 1–3+ years of HR, HR coordination, HR administration, or related experience preferred Entry‑level candidates with relevant HR internships, administrative experience, or HR support experience may also be considered. Experience with onboarding, employee support, HR records, scheduling, reporting, or general HR administration is a plus. This is a coordinator‑level position and is not intended for manager‑level candidates. Preferred Experience HR Shared Services or HR Service Center experience. Experience supporting managers or senior leadership. Experience with HR reporting, audits, and dashboards. Familiarity with benefits, payroll processes, HR policies, and employee support.
