Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Conscious Growths, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify their mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Providing graduate-level clinical interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment modalities to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Documenting assessment results, treatment plans, and client progress in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and departmental expectations.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to treatment, participating in meetings such as patient rounds to discuss cases and share insights.

• Providing case management services, coordinating care with community resources and professionals, facilitating access to various support systems for clients.

Our clients are a diverse group, encompassing various age groups and backgrounds, seeking assistance with a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
