Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psycho-social assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to gather essential information.

• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans tailored to support each client's mental health goals and facilitate their growth journey.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with knowledge and skills to better manage mental health issues.

• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical providers, to ensure holistic and integrated care.

• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultation sessions to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay updated with the latest clinical practices.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and therapeutic interventions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and licensing standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse populations, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related discipline is required.

• An active and valid license to practice in New York State (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) is essential.

Preferred Experience\n
