Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify their unique mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques—to effectively address the specific concerns of clients.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure continuity of support for clients.

• Be available to provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, utilizing your clinical expertise to stabilize the situation effectively.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives focused on mental health awareness and education, contributing to the reduction of stigma associated with seeking mental health support.

You will work with clients facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse array of clients effectively.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and the ability to work sensitively with individuals from varied backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to telehealth protocols.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth service delivery or familiarity with virtual therapy platforms will be an advantageous asset.

• Experience in crisis intervention and working with distinct client populations will be preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
