Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality telehealth counseling services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders, ensuring that sessions are tailored to individual client needs.

• Establish a strong therapeutic rapport with clients, using active listening and motivational interviewing techniques to encourage engagement and trust.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, create individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress through regular follow-up meetings.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
