The Nurse Practitioner will work onsite in a school facility in Brookhaven, where they will collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and parents to ensure that students receive comprehensive healthcare support. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of students' health status, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop individualized care plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or Nurse Practitioner Certificate Program.
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in New York State.
• National certification from organizations such as AANP or ANCC.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a flexible environment, adapting to the dynamic needs of a school setting.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 150,000 to 160,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
