• Valid Special Education Teacher certification in Michigan

• Monitoring student progress and adjusting strategies as needed for optimal growth
• Collaborating with staff, therapists, and administration to deliver comprehensive support
• Maintaining thorough records of student achievement and adapting approaches when needed
• Engaging families in their child’s learning process and maintaining open communication
