Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide personalized counseling services for individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that align with clients' goals, regularly updating these plans to track progress and adapt to changing needs.

• Guide clients in forming healthy coping strategies and essential life skills, utilizing role-playing, behavioral techniques, and mindfulness practices as appropriate.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical staff, to create an integrated care approach that supports comprehensive treatment.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring data integrity and protection of sensitive information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse array of clients, each facing unique challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. This role demands a deep understanding of cultural sensitivities and an ability to adapt your therapeutic methods to best serve individuals from various backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling the effective management of case files and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
