Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand each client's unique mental health issues and formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities that address the specific needs, strengths, and goals of clients.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing best practices to facilitate positive client outcomes.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention and support for clients undergoing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, therapy notes, and assessments, in strict adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals to create a comprehensive treatment plan for each client.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, certifications, and workshops to stay informed about advancements in mental health therapy.

You will work with a diverse client demographic, including individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Massachusetts.

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is strongly preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with the ability to create effective treatment plans.

• At least two years of relevant experience in a therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
