Your work schedule will primarily be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with occasional flexibility required to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments during initial consultations, applying best practices to gain an accurate understanding of each client's needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address individual challenges.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, safeguarding client confidentiality.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse treatment team, comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and peer support specialists, to enhance client outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights, improve care strategies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications\n
