Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health by utilizing standardized evaluation tools and in-depth interviews to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Design personalized treatment plans that incorporate various therapy modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more, tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions, both virtually and in person when necessary, targeting issues like trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing progress and adapting strategies to encourage optimal growth and well-being.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms and digital tools to ensure accessibility and engagement, particularly for clients who may face logistical or mobility challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or holding a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree.
