We're looking for an MRO Sales Director to lead revenue growth and expand our footprint in the aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) market. This is a high-impact role for a proven sales professional who understands how to navigate aviation maintenance environments and close complex service deals.

Responsibilities

Drive Growth

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow MRO revenue across Part 91 and Part 135 operators, fleet managers, and corporate flight departments
Identify, pursue, and close new business including:
- Heavy maintenance events (inspections, major checks)
- Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance programs
- AOG (Aircraft on Ground) support
- Component repair and overhaul services
Build and maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline and forecast

Build & Manage Client Relationships

Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and high-value prospects
Develop long-term relationships with Directors of Maintenance, Chief Pilots, and fleet decision-makers
Conduct regular client visits, facility tours, and in-person meetings
Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business

Shape Market Strategy

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics
Partner with leadership on pricing, positioning, and service offerings
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

Requirements

Education and Experience

5+ years of experience in aviation MRO sales, business development, or account management
Proven track record of closing high-value service contracts and hitting revenue targets
Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance operations and customer priorities
Established network within corporate aviation, Part 91/135 operators, or fleet management
Experience selling maintenance services, heavy checks, or AOG support
Familiarity with maintenance tracking systems (e.g., CAMP, Corridor, CMP)
Experience working closely with technical or maintenance teams
