Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting confidential and ethical video sessions for individual counseling, ensuring a supportive environment for open dialogue.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must have:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A current, unrestricted license to practice independently in California as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No disciplinary actions against your license and no provisional or limited licenses.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an empathetic nature, capable of connecting with clients of varying backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, we strongly prefer candidates who have experience in:

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and the number of hours worked. Additionally, we offer the following benefits:
