Mindful Momentum Recovery Facility is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. This position offers mental health professionals a unique opportunity to provide critical counseling services to clients through an innovative tech-enabled platform. As a counselor, you will work within an evidence-based framework, conducting live video therapy sessions while utilizing self-guided resources to enhance client care.

Work Environment\n

This full-time position is conducted entirely online, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while participating in vital patient care activities. You will engage with clients in real-time through video sessions and will benefit from our user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) system that integrates treatment documentation, assessment tools, and progress monitoring. Supported by dedicated operational teams, you will be free to focus on what you do best: providing exceptional mental health support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based counseling to individual adult clients via live video sessions, actively working through their mental health goals.

• Leverage self-assessments and treatment measures facilitated by our EMR to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to develop comprehensive treatment strategies tailored to shared clients.
\n
• Stay engaged with clinical leadership through weekly consultation sessions, enabling continuous professional development and support.
\n
• Maintain documentation of client interactions and treatment strategies within the integrated EMR system ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be primarily on adult clients experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional distress. You will be working with individuals who may have urgent needs, ensuring high-quality, timely intervention to promote their overall well-being and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work with appropriate licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of one year of independent practice as a licensed therapist, counselor, or psychologist.
\n
• Proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapy, with a commitment to treating all populations and adapting methods to meet diverse needs.

• Demonstrated understanding of cultural competency in mental health care.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of recent experience specifically in providing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions.

• Experience working with higher-risk populations, including those who may be facing suicidal ideation or severe emotional distress, showcasing your ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.

• Adept in utilizing digital tools and telehealth technologies to enhance clinical therapy delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, along with performance-based bonuses.
