Key Responsibilities\n

• Execute timely documentation in compliance with all regulatory standards to ensure quality assurance in patient care.

• Collaborate with team members to create effective positive behavior support plans, modified to meet the changing needs of clients.

• Serve as a liaison to community partners, state agencies, and relevant service systems, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

• Participate actively in license and accreditation processes, maintaining compliance at all times.

• Engage in professional activities aimed at enhancing your skills, such as attending conferences and advocating for mental health initiatives on a local and state level.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic objectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
