Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients through our secure telehealth platform. Our flexible working hours include a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts tailored to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments utilizing evidence-based tools to evaluate the needs of children and adolescents.

• Craft individualized treatment plans that incorporate age-appropriate therapeutic modalities, considering each child’s developmental stage and family environment.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and family therapy to address anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral issues.

• Conduct family therapy sessions to engage parents and caregivers, providing them with strategies to create nurturing home environments conducive to their child's development.

• Collaborate with child psychiatrists, school counselors, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention support as needed, helping families navigate mental health emergencies with compassion and expertise.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, effective treatment options, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to stay informed of best practices in child and adolescent mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is on providing comprehensive mental health services to children and adolescents dealing with various challenges. These include, but are not limited to, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and conduct disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Validation as a licensed mental health professional in California, such as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• Comprehensive understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based intervention techniques.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and family therapy to children and adolescents.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a compassionate approach to working with diverse clients.

• Ability to build trust and rapport with children and families, ensuring a supportive therapeutic alliance.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.
\n
• A collaborative spirit and willingness to work within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience working in mental health settings focused on children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
