Work Environment\n

This role is remote and supports flexibility in your work schedule. Our therapists engage in telehealth sessions, allowing you to support your clients from the safety and comfort of your own home or office. While the typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, occasional evening shifts may be required to accommodate patient needs. This flexibility allows you to manage your work-life balance effectively while continuing to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our young clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to assess the needs and concerns of children and adolescents.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that are developmentally appropriate and family-centered.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address various mental health issues, ensuring a child-centered approach that encourages engagement.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies involving our young patients.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development workshops to continuously enhance therapeutic skills.

• Educate clients and their families about treatment options, mental health resources, and tools for managing mental wellness.

• Stay updated on the latest research, evidence-based practices, and developments in child and adolescent mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents navigating a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, and behavioral issues. You will be integral in fostering a supportive therapeutic environment where young clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to express themselves. Your ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships will play a crucial role in the effectiveness of their treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
\n
• Strong knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and family therapy within a clinical setting focused on young populations.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a patient-focused and compassionate approach.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting, contributing to shared patient care goals and strategies.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling environment.

• Experience in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
