Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, gathering relevant history and identifying treatment needs.

• Craft personalized treatment plans aligned with clients' goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs, adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions employing a variety of methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Work collaboratively with clients, introducing coping strategies and skill-building exercises tailored to their individual challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records that adhere to ethical and legal guidelines while ensuring the security of sensitive information.

• Participate in regular professional development and supervision sessions, enhancing your clinical skills through case consultations and ongoing training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor at Anchored Visions Discovery Therapy, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a broad spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship challenges, and more. Qualifications\n

• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.

• Possess current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health therapist, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges between $63,000 and $130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
